BRANT DAILEY: Tattooing since 2003
Shop owner and tattooer Brant Dailey is Indiana born and raised. Originally from Grant County, he has spent many years at several different street shop and has extensive travel tattooing experience under his belt. He has been tattooing in Bloomington for the last several years and made the move to finally start his own shop. Though Brant is strongly rooted in traditional americana tattooing, he is well versed in the many styles of tattooing out there and can work with your ideas to create a truly unique design in whatever style you are looking for. If you are not quite sure what you want, he has filled the shop with thousands of pieces of historic, one of a kind flash to choose from. These pieces each have a time honored story and history connected to the lineage and the art of tattooing. If you want a truly classic tattoo, picking something off the walls will guarantee a timeless tattoo.
Not one for idle hands, Brant is constantly drawing, painting, reading, skating or sawing something between tattoos and chasing his kid around.

ADAM BURKHOLDER:
Tattooer Adam Burkholder has definitely left his mark in Bloomington with well over a decade of street shop experience here in town and a lot of fantastic pieces walking around to show for it. Brant and Adam have known each other since they were in grade school and it has been many years coming to have them working side by side at their very own shop. Adam is also strongly rooted in americana traditional tattooing but has a diverse and creative skill set to help you design your next tattoo.
Aside from a lengthy career in tattooing he is also an a-list dad to three kids and is an absolute ripping guitar player and solo musician. He is currently in a five piece honky-tonk group called ‘The Rhett Family Band’ which also happens to include our other shop artist, Jesse Beals, on drums.

Tattooer Jesse Beals has been working under Brant Dailey for just over four years learning the art of tattooing. He is constantly aiming to expand his portfolio one tattoo at a time. He is working to hone his skills through an apprenticeship and now full fledged tattooer at Moon and Dagger. For now he is tattooing specific images and designs that can be viewed at the shop or on @moonanddaggertattoo or on his personal tattoo instagram @bealsman_tattoos.
